Create Health

 

One of the most valuable things we can create is our own health- health of mind, body, and spirit, which are always connected and impact one another. When I'm not feeling well, it's hard to find the energy to do or to create anything. My Grandmother used to say, "If you don't have your health, you don't have anything." 

As you enjoy spring blooming around you, try paying attention to all your habits and see if you're planting seeds of health. Are you ingesting healthy foods and water? Are you surrounding yourself with what inspires and is beautiful and lifting? Are your relationships and work nurturing you and meaningful? How are you sleeping? You can invite in healing, positive thoughts each day. You can prioritize moving your body often and in a variety of enjoyable ways that increase strength, flexibility, and balance and that don't cause pain. And, you can be attentive to how you're feeling emotionally or spiritually. These are just a few areas to begin to improve and create health.

Try creating health and healthy habits first, then see how that improves everything else you create.
