Create a Joyful Attitude


Our thoughts influence our feelings, and our feelings influence our thoughts. I can get myself into a gloomy funk at times when I let negative thinking bring me down. When I stop and watch my thoughts and feelings, I can consciously choose to shift them to something lighter and more positive. 

How about you, how are you feeling right now? If it's anything less than sunny, try noticing and naming your feeling, and think about something that makes you happy or grateful. Watch and see if your feelings brighten, and then see what else worthwhile you can create today.
