Increase Mindfulness

 

Mindfulness is paying attention to what's happening now, around you and inside you, without judgement, and with deep curiosity. 

Whenever we resist or crave something, or when we're finding things challenging or disturbing, mindfulness can help us bring calm to our minds and spirits. When our minds take us to future worries or ruing over the past, mindfulness brings us back to the present, where everything happens. Try taking several pauses throughout each day just to inquire, what's up right now? How am I thinking? How am I feeling? Where can I let go judgement and accept what is, right now? How can I stay present to this moment? Then move from there, creating with presence, openness and focus.
