I couldn't resist creating these sweet little Meerkats when I saw a photo. Knowing nothing about them, I searched and learned that they're small members of the mongoose family who live in groups of up to 40 in the Kalahari desert. Apparently they're some of the most cooperative mammals on earth. They help watch over one another’s young, and they even choose a sentinel to guard while others forage for food.
We're all interconnected and rely on one another to survive. Families, communities, workplaces, and all our organizations rely on us working together and supporting each other. Cooperating helps us do better together, to brainstorm together, to find solutions and help where we might not manage alone. It thereby enhances our lives, and can promote peace and well-being and all the good stuff. What better use of creativity?
How does cooperating contribute to creatively find solutions you need?
