Why do some people age better than others? There are so many factors to aging, including genes, diet, attitude, connection with others, good sleep, drinking lots of water, daily movement, a sense of purpose, and a dose of good fortune.
There's no guarantee that any of us will age well or long, but there are things we can do to stack the cards in our favor. Creating and living by healthy habits is a great way to begin. Watching your thoughts, moving often in many ways, staying engaged in life, helping others, smiling often... the list to help us age well goes on, right?
