Take It Easy
Sometimes we progress when we take it easy and let things be. When we stop paddling and allow ourselves to completely relax, to surrender, to let go and float, it can be surprising to feel the ease and support beneath us. Try lying on the floor or sitting back in your chair, and allow yourself to let go and completely relax your entire body and mind. Allow yourself to float, supported, doing absolutely nothing, trusting, and see what comes up for you and where it takes you.
